[Drop Off]: POPStation Instructions & Guidelines

Before Visit POPStation (Packing)

1. 1. After submitting the Repair Form, your packaging materials will be shipped to you within 7 days.

2. The packing material includes:

  • 1 x Laptop Sleeve with Packing & POPStation Drop-Off instruction QR Code

  • 1 x Transparent Bubble Wrap

3. Once the packing material reaches the address you provided, proceed to pack your device securely with the provided materials.

4. Print the shipping label and securely paste it onto the packaging provided.

5. Visit the selected POPStation, bring along your packed device.

Visit POPStation (Drop-Off)

1. Select “Post My Parcel” at POPStation Kiosk

4. Confirm drop-off for receipt.

2. Scan the barcode on the label. Enter your contact number to receive an SMS with a PIN. Enter the PIN from the SMS.

3. Check the locker number on the kiosk screen. Place your device inside the locker and ensure it is closed properly.

Drop off the properly packed device at the selected POPStation, following the instructions above or in the video below.

You will receive an SMS confirmation upon successful drop-off, along with a tracking number for the delivery to our repair center.

Rest assured, all updates regarding your device's repair status will be sent to you via SMS.
