  • POPStation offers great convenience as customers choose which POPStation to drop off and collect their parcel anytime at your own convenience. It’s a time-saving way for customer as there’s long travelling time can be reduced. POPStation is also very easy to use and you can collect and drop off your parcels fuss-free! Customer can be assured of the security of your parcel because we have put in place very stringent and secure processes.

  • The cost of using the POPStation is $9.90 per trip.

  • Your tracking number for the delivery of packaging materials will be sent to you via SMS within 24 business hours after payment is settled for POPStation.

  • If no one is at home to receive the package, the delivery personnel will typically leave the packing materials at your doorstep. This ensures that your items are securely delivered and easily accessible for you to retrieve when you return.

  • The size of item to be inserted into the POPStation locker must NOT exceed the maximum dimensions of 42cm x 37cm x 61cm, or any other dimensions specified by Singspost from time to time.

  • Please reconfirm that you have entered the correct PIN number. If there is still a problem, please contact POPStation Customer Helpline at 1605.

  • You may authorise someone to send in or collect your device from POPStation on your behalf, by forwarding the notification SMS to the authorised person at your discretion. Please note that you will bear the full responsibility for supplying the message details to a third party who is collecting the parcel in your name.

  • Lenovo@SmartCares will get informed by Singpost after you have dropped off your device at POPStation.

  • Your item is expected to be delivered within 3 working days if it’s received at your selected POPstation before 1630 (4:30PM).

  • For drop off, you need go to your selected POPStation to drop-off your device within 3 days (72 hours) upon receiving the packing materials. For collection, you need to collect your device from your selected POPStation within 3 days (72 hours) after receiving the SMS about its arrival at POPStation.

  • Your device will be returned to SmartCares. If you wish to have it sent to your chosen POPStation again, please note that there will be an additional charge for this service. For more information, please feel free to reach out to us at 68714885.

  • You will receive a reminder from SmartCares if you haven’t dropped off your device at your selected POPStation within 3 days. If you would like to change the drop off time, kindly contact our customer service representative on this changes.
