She helped test my microphone and suggested that the speaker issue could be due to my setting on Zoom. She tested it and ruled that out. She also spotted an error message which indicated that there was not enough data in my hard disk. I am wowed by her professionalism and attention to details. "Service is quite good and the receptionist Tracy is very professional and polite, indicating the actual waiting period for diagnosis and replacement of components. Originally it should take 3-5 working days for diagnosis (due to approval from Harvey Norman) and another 1-2 weeks for replacement of faulty parts, and the repair is completed in less than 2 weeks in total. I would recommend taking a cab to the location, unless you live near Ubi Road."
