[Pick Up]: POPStation Instructions & Guidelines
Before Visit POPStation
1. Receive SMS confirming laptop repair completion and ready for shipment to selected POPStation
2. Receive SMS with tracking number within 24 hours.
3. Receive SMS with PIN after laptop arrives at selected POPStation
4. Please remember to bring the SMS you received when you visit the POPStation.
At POPStation (Pick Up)
1. Go to selected POPStation and select “Collect My Parcel”
2. Key in Pin and locker details stated in your SMS.
3. Collect Your Parcel
Rest assured, all updates regarding your device's related status will be sent to you via SMS.
