What’s the Repair Process?
Enquire through our website or walk in to our service centre to drop off your device.
Please request a loaner set at the service centre if needed.
After sending your device to our backend repair centre, the technician will diagnose your laptop, PC, or desktop at no additional cost.
A quotation will be provided to the customer within 1-3 working days.
Students need to provide approval for the quotation before proceeding with the repair.
Payment can be made immediately or upon collection.
Once approved, the repair will proceed, and updates will be sent to the student via SMS.
Students can collect their laptop, PC, or desktop upon receiving the SMS update, either via walk-in or delivery.
