The terms and conditions with regard to the rendering of services from R-Logic International Pte Ltd ("R-Logic") to the customer ("You") are binding as per the acknowledgment of the service form by both parties.
Otherwise stated below, the general terms and conditions would apply to the list of services as stated within the price list.
R-Logic reserves the right to determine the final price to be charged to the customer, which may from time to time differ from the prices as shown within the price list. Any price deviation would have a reasonable basis and would be communicated visually (price change within the price list or notice to indicate the change in pricing) or verbally (by our front counter staff) on a best-effort basis to ensure transparency and accountability.

Data, Program & Software Protection
The owner of the device is responsible for the data integrity and back-up of his/her personal data prior to ANY of the services performed by R-Logic.
Note that in the process of performing any services, R-Logic will not be liable for any data, program, or software loss incurred due to unintended hardware or software failure, licensing issues, or a lack of due diligence on the part of the customer.
OS Install or Re-Install Service
The OS Install or Re-Install procedures would reset the device to its "factory default condition."
For new installations and devices opting for the upgrade path, customers have to provide R-Logic with the OS license for installation. R-Logic will not be held accountable for the validity of the license.
For OS re-installations, necessary security patches and feature updates might or might not take place during the process. R-Logic will not be held accountable for the changes in the installation packages and upgrades that might take place during the re-installation process unless it is without reasonable doubt that the upgrades could have been mitigated via a clear option.
Software Install and Uninstall Service
The Software Install and Uninstall service is provided on a best effort basis and might, at times, not be possible due to certain restrictions, which include, but are not limited to, administrative privileges, requiring access to protected or hidden files, requiring changes in system directory files, and requiring remote setup on a server. For work that has been performed but is not successful, R-Logic reserves the right to decide on the issuance of a refund in the original form of payment, whether cash or credit.
Customers have to provide R-Logic with the software license (if necessary) for installation; R-Logic will not be accountable and held liable for the validity of the license.
R-Logic will also not be held liable if the license is used, resulting in an unsuccessful software installation. It would be the customer's responsibility to seek an alternative channel of recourse through the software creator and/or distributor in reactivating all licensing requirements in order to recover the license.
The Malware/Virus Solution
The Malware/Virus Solution is provided on a software level to mitigate any existing or potential future infection on the device in question. Note that the process of any malware and/or virus removal and mitigation measures is performed on a best effort basis. R-Logic will not be liable for any undetected malware and/or virus, or for the reinfection of the device by malware and/or virus due to the actions taken by the customer that encourage such a scenario.
Note that for the service provided, R-Logic will not be utilizing any additional features that might be included within the software used (e.g., Ransomware scan and protection, firewall settings, port scanning, and more). Customers that opt for a permanent installation may proceed to use these additional features at their own risk.
Any mitigation actions, such as the permanent installation of an anti-malware and/or anti-virus program or both, would come as an option at an additional cost of the software license.
Data Backup & Cloning Service
Customers would be required to provide R-Logic with an external device with a capacity equal to or greater than the device's own for all data backup services. If you fail to do so, R-Logic reserves the right to reject the rendering of service to you.
All data transfer or data backup file or software sizes will be limited to 3TB.
For all cloud-based backup, there are risks involved in the transmission of data over the internet, which might or might not result in a potential data leak or an intermittent connection. The responsibility for any loss of data to third parties or from the disruption of data transmission will not be borne by R-Logic.
Thermal Paste Change
Thermal Paste changes are done to improve the thermal performance of the device, which might or might not improve the overall performance of the device (due to the CPU and/or GPU's ability to throttle up).
This service is provided on a best effort basis using physical methods to improve the general performance of the device. R-Logic cannot guarantee a measurable improvement in performance with regards to the perceived or measured speed in the general use of the device from an improvement in one or more of the aspects mentioned.
The choice of thermal paste would also be matched accordingly to the Thermal Design Power and type of CPU and/or GPU die featured within the device. Any damages caused by improper use of the device after the thermal paste change (e.g., benchmarking) will not be the responsibility of R-Logic to rectify.
Customers may choose to bring their own thermal paste of choice for use. However, any damage to the device caused by incompatible thermal paste that causes specific problems (e.g., bleeding, short-circuiting, hardening, or thinning, which affects thermal performance) will not be R-Logic's responsibility to repair.
On Site Service
It may not be possible to resolve all problems via an on-site service. In particularly difficult cases, we may (with your permission) need to take your system to our base or third-party premises for diagnosis and repair.
