Repair Service Terms & Conditions

·        Customer shall provide accurate and complete information upon registration with R Logic International Pte Ltd (SmartCares), any abnormal issues and symptoms related to, or misuse of the Product shall be fully specified as well when requesting Service from R Logic International Pte Ltd (SmartCares)

·        R Logic International Pte Ltd (SmartCares) is not responsible for the loss, damage, or destruction of, any accessories, peripherals as well as removable devices ("Equipment") other than the Product being serviced. Equipment shall not be delivered together with the Product unless specifically requested by R Logic International Pte Ltd (SmartCares).

·        R Logic International Pte Ltd (SmartCares) is not liable for any data loss. All data stored in products may be lost or deleted after the repair. It is the Customer’s responsibility to complete a backup of all existing data, software, and programs on the product sent in prior to performing any services. R Logic International Pte Ltd (SmartCares) will not be responsible for the loss of data or recovery of data and programs.

·        Repair cost will be agreed upon with the customer upon quote for the service required. Costs may change during the repair period due to unforeseen circumstances and are not guaranteed by the quote. If at this point customer wishes not to proceed with the repair, you will still be liable for the work that has been done up to that point. This also implies that the unit won’t be fully repaired.

·        When R Logic International Pte Ltd (SmartCares) provides a clear and precise diagnosis of a failed component or software issue but the customer decides not to proceed with the replacement or repair. In this case, the customer must pay our minimum charge for diagnostics.

·        For all repairs, there will be a non-refundable in-depth diagnostic fee of $60. Should you agree to proceed with the necessary repairs after diagnosis, the amount will then be offset from the total bill.

·        The customer shall carry out the necessary checks on the product at the time of collection or delivery to you and raise the necessary claims (if any) without further delay. For any further issues, it will be considered a new repair on the next visit.

·        Repair turnaround time frame may take up to 02 (two) weeks or more subjecting to parts availability or the complexity of the issue.

·        The product must be collected within 03 (three) months after the first notification of collection. If the product is uncollected after this period, the product will be disposed of in any manner R Logic International Pte Ltd (SmartCares) deemed fit without liability.

·        We may use original or third-party replacement parts depending on the availability of the requested parts. However, there is no need to worry as we carefully select and check the quality of all third-party replacement parts used to ensure that you get the best quality.

PDPA Consent Clause

By Submitting this Form, you hereby agree that R Logic International Pte Ltd (SmartCares) may collect, obtain, store and process your personal data that you provide in this form for the purpose of carrying out the requested services by R Logic International Pte Ltd (SmartCares).

You hereby give your consent to R Logic International Pte Ltd (SmartCares) to:

1. Access your personal information to establish your identity and background such as your full name, email and contact number

2. Store and process your personal data.

3. Record all calls made between you and R-Logic (SmartCares).

For the avoidance of doubt, Personal Data includes all data defined within
the "Personal Data Protection Act” including all data you had disclosed to
