PROJECT COORDINATOR

Job Description:

  • Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and milestones.

  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and information.

  • Maintain project documentation, including project schedules, meeting minutes, and status reports.

  • Monitor project expenses and assist in budget tracking.

  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards.

  • Provide administrative support to project managers and teams as needed.

  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.

  • Prior experience in project coordination or related roles preferred.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to adapt to changes in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
