PROJECT COORDINATOR
Job Description:
Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and milestones.
Coordinate project activities, resources, and information.
Maintain project documentation, including project schedules, meeting minutes, and status reports.
Monitor project expenses and assist in budget tracking.
Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards.
Provide administrative support to project managers and teams as needed.
Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
Prior experience in project coordination or related roles preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to adapt to changes in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
