With over a decade of experience in the reverse logistics sector, we have faced multiple challenges and headwinds along the way that has sharpened our expertise in the areas of sourcing and procurement, logistics, technical capabilities, certifications and customer engagement across the region.
We now bring this experience to plug the gap within the industry, to go directly to local consumers who want to approach a repairer that is trustworthy, efficient, and fuss-free in their engagement.
When we first conceptualized what values SmartCares would uphold as a brand, we knew we had to go beyond diagnostic and repair to provide a more curated “digital” experience for our customers. As such, we’ve continually innovated and designed service packages to cater to the needs of our customers.
The innovative services we’ve embarked on independently and with our partners includes unifying our services via an exclusively designed smartphone application (To be launched), helping our customers navigate complex setup processes for smart homes, and ensuring laptop systems have smooth operations from the very start.
Global warming is not a myth. We believe that one of the biggest contributors to this phenomenon is the rise in consumerism and the shorter life-cycle (and development cycles) of products that lead us to make our current devices obsolete before its “due date” for renewal.
One of the biggest problems we are facing globally is the problem of e-waste. From higher carbon footprints for shipping e-waste byproducts to developing countries, to e-waste “mountains” that continue to leach chemicals into the ground. This is why we pledge to make device ownership green again.
